At Out Of Order Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your uniquely aged timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Timepiece

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
